Let’s set off on a mountain getaway, heading for the Route des Crêtes! On the road to the Grand Ballon, the highest point in the Vosges mountains, make your first stop at Hartmannswillerkopf (Vieil Armand). A witness to the terrible conflicts of the Great War, it is now one of the major historical sites in Alsace. Marked by the imprint of its heavy past, it perpetuates its memory today.
