Located in the picturesque Alsatian village of Storckensohn, the À l’air de Storck holiday cottage takes its name from a subtle tribute to its natural surroundings and local history. “Storckensohn”, meaning son of the stork in Alsatian, evokes both the cultural richness of the region and the heritage of the Haller family, former owners of the property. The three rooms of the gîte are named after the surrounding mountains, true sources of well-being and serenity.
An authentic house lovingly restored
This charming cottage in the Vosges has been carefully and completely renovated, preserving the original materials to retain the soul of the building. The old floorboards have been transformed into unique decorative elements, such as doors, light fixtures and bedside tables, giving each room a warm, rustic feel.
