What is the difference between a gîte and a guest room?
The cottages are self-catering rentals, fully furnished in the local style and equipped for you to enjoy with family or friends in any season.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in from 4pm to 10pm – Check-out by 10am
If you wish to request an arrival or departure outside of the scheduled times, you can make a special request when booking.
Please note: special requests are not guaranteed. If your travel plans require an arrival or departure outside of the scheduled times, we suggest you review the cancellation options before booking.
Can I park on site?
Free private parking is available on site! (no prior booking required)
Are pets allowed?
No, animals are not allowed!
What is the maximum number of people the cottage can accommodate?
The accommodation is designed for 6-8 people.
Can we do laundry during our stay?
Yes, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your use.
Does the holiday cottage have Wi-Fi?
Yes, the access code is displayed in the cottage.
The emergency kit?
Yes, it is made up of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, coffee, salt, pepper…
What is the price of the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €1.95 per adult per night.
What are the rates?
Between €180 and €250 per night depending on the season.
Are there any discounts available depending on the services provided?
For a week’s booking, we offer a 10% discount.
What are the dry cleaning rates?
€10 single bed, €15 double bed, €5 towel per person
Can the space be converted?
The two bedrooms upstairs can be arranged by placing the two single beds side by side to form a double bed.
What are the costs associated with the cleaning package?
€60 for up to 3 nights and €100 for longer stays
Are the facilities safe for children?
The area is safe for children (outdoor fencing, safety gate for stairs).
Is there provision for recharging electric vehicles?
The charge for electric vehicles is also based on consumption according to the current tariff.
Do you have any additional equipment?
Fondue set, raclette and stone grill set, toaster, filter coffee machine, iron and ironing board
What are the cancellation terms?
- Any cancellation must be notified to the lessor by post or email.
- If notification of cancellation of the rental reaches the lessor more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full to the lessee as a debit; otherwise, the deposit will be retained by the lessor.
- The rental property may accommodate no more than the number of persons specified in this contract. If this number is exceeded, this contract shall be automatically cancelled.
- The rental will be automatically cancelled if it is not occupied within 24 hours of the initial date, except in cases of force majeure.
- In the event of a shortened stay, the rental amount remains entirely payable to the lessor.
