What is the difference between a gîte and a guest room?

The cottages are self-catering rentals, fully furnished in the local style and equipped for you to enjoy with family or friends in any season.

The two bedrooms upstairs can be arranged by placing the two single beds side by side to form a double bed.

The charge for electric vehicles is also based on consumption according to the current tariff.

  • Any cancellation must be notified to the lessor by post or email.
  • If notification of cancellation of the rental reaches the lessor more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full to the lessee as a debit; otherwise, the deposit will be retained by the lessor.
  • The rental property may accommodate no more than the number of persons specified in this contract. If this number is exceeded, this contract shall be automatically cancelled.
  • The rental will be automatically cancelled if it is not occupied within 24 hours of the initial date, except in cases of force majeure.
  • In the event of a shortened stay, the rental amount remains entirely payable to the lessor.
